The H-System consists of isolation barriers for signals from or into potentially explosive areas with galvanic isolation which are mounted on a termination board. The termination boards are mounted in the control cabinet on a 35 mm DIN rail. The signal loop between field and control side is closed by plugging in the module. The H-System is an efficient solution in medium-sized to large systems in combination with process control systems.

The H-System offers useful benefits:

    No expensive and manual individual wiring thanks to fixed wiring

    Less effort for planning and wiring, installation and commissioning, documentation

    • High availability thanks to diagnostic function and fault monitoring in modules and terminati-on boards

Termination Boards

Termination boards are mounted on a 35 mm DIN mounting rail in the switch cabinet and connected to a control system via system connectors. The system-specific variants have been tested with process control and safety systems from leading DCS companies.

In addition, termination boards are available as a universal design with terminals for freely selectable contacting or with D-sub connectors for adaptation to control system-specific lines.

Solenoid Drivers

Solenoid drivers transmit digital output signals from the control unit to the valve. In contrast to relay modules, they also provide voltage and current.

They control valves, regulate open/close functions, and can control visual or acoustic indicators.

Relay Modules

Relay modules transmit digital output signals from the control system to the field device via a relay. The voltage is applied externally.

Applications include signal horns, warning lights, applications with active cooling, galvanic isolation of controls during system modernizations, emergency shutdown valves, and motor controls.
