Precision Positioning (PHA)

When the safe and efficient transport and positioning of goods and production assets is needed, PHA vision sensors are the right choice. Especially designed for precision positioning of stacker cranes, the sensors include a variety of powerful features.
PHA positioning systems are equipped with a unique camera system. The sensors detect the holes in the racks, and determine position deviation in X and Y direction regarding the target position. Positioning on existing holes allows a constant precise positioning without any additional target needed.
The integrated lighting and contrast compensation provide automatic lighting control and an excellent extraneous light immunity. Regardless of warehouse lighting and camera contamination, an optimal positioning is guaranteed at all times.
