The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has led to severe restrictions worldwide—in both private and professional environments. For Pepperl+Fuchs, the health of customers, partners, service providers, and employees is always a top priority. We are working hard to help contain the pandemic and slow its spread. For this reason, we are carefully monitoring the situation at each of our subsidiaries and are immediately implementing all recommendations made by the responsible authorities.

We are in close contact with our key suppliers and are constantly analyzing our global supply chain. By being prompt and proactive, we have been able to successfully ensure customer supply and limit the number of delivery delays to a minimum so far. However, in light of the current situation, we must assume that we will face further challenges in maintaining our range of products and services. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to keep the negative effects to a minimum.

As far as our operational processes allow, our colleagues are already working from home. We ensure that they are still available to you by e-mail, telephone, and audio/video conference. However, please understand that, for mutual safety, we are currently not receiving any customer visits. We will only meet with you on-site on an extremely limited basis with prior arrangement.
