Cost-Effective Mounting Brackets for Photoelectric Sensors

Three new mounting brackets provide an affordable means of mounting photoelectric sensors with multi-axes alignment. All three mounting brackets feature half-clamp mounting, in which the bracket fastens on a 12 mm (or 0.5 inch) diameter rod or bolt in the application. The half-clamp can then be moved 360 degrees around the rod or bolt to best align the sensor for the specific application. In addition, each mounting bracket provides additional mechanical adjustability in at least one other axis.

Mounting bracket model OMH-RL29-06 is for use with Series 28 and Series 29 photoelectric sensors. It features a protective shroud that covers two sides of the sensor housing.
