The F99 Series inclination sensors feature an optimized +/-15° angle range for use in applications that require higher accuracy and lower temperature drift.

• Angle Range 30° from -15° to +15°
• Absolute accuracy ≤ ± 0.2° (std accuracy ≤ ± 0.5°)
  - Resolution ≤ 0,01 ° (std resolution ≤ ± 0.1°)
  - Total Temperature drift  0.26° in the range of 5°C to 70°C
        - 0.004° (mechanical) per °C (temperature)
