COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to dominate our everyday lives, both privately and professionally. For Pepperl+Fuchs, the health of all customers, partners, service providers, and employees continues to be a top priority. During the last few weeks, we have taken numerous measures to help contain the pandemic and slow its spread. Fortunately, our supply chain and delivery ability have hardly been affected by the current situation. So far, we have been able to maintain the stability of all operational facilities, especially in our production plants and distribution centers, to meet your orders, wishes, and requirements.

To ensure that we, as a system-relevant supplier, continue to be there for you with our range of products and services, we remain in close contact with our suppliers and partners. At the same time, we are carefully monitoring and analyzing the overall global situation and developments at all of our locations. By being proactive, we have been able to ensure our ability to deliver and limit the number of delivery delays to a minimum. Please rest assured that we will continue to do our best in the coming weeks to minimize any negative effects on your supply. Should changes, delivery delays, or bottlenecks become apparent due to the dynamic situation, we will of course provide you with status updates.

Where our operational processes allow, our employees continue to work from home. We ensure that we are still available to you by e-mail, phone, and audio/video conference. Of course, our colleagues in production and logistics are working according to the generally applicable guidelines and recommendations.

Please understand that, for everyone’s safety, we are currently not receiving any customer visits. We will only meet with you on-site on an extremely limited basis with prior arrangement.
