Function

The laser profile sensor is designed for the optical control of viscous or pasty media such as adhesive beads, sealing beads, and even heat-conducting pastes. Using laser light section technology, two laser lines are projected onto the target and detected by two cameras at a specific angle. Height and width information can be determined using the triangulation principle.

With its performance hardware and software platform, the OLR enables innovative and modular solutions for performance, communication, and maintenance.
