Splice boxes made of glass fiber-reinforced polyester or stainless steel enable the safe connection of fiber optic cable splices, while our solutions for conventional industrial Wi-Fi® access points form the basis for the operation of wireless networks in hazardous areas.
Wireless Access Point Solutions
The GR.RER* series includes a wireless access point solution for Zone 2 hazardous areas. Conventional industrial Wi-Fi access points such as the Cisco MR 46 or ARUBA AP-535 are mounted inside a glass fiber reinforced polyester housing with Ex nR protection. A second, smaller enclosure in type of protection Ex ec contains an Ex e certified patch panel for easy connection and maintenance. In combination with intrinsically safe mobile devices, this enables continuous Wi-Fi communication even in hazardous areas.

De GR.TFO-lasdozen uit glasvezelversterkt polyester garanderen de veiligheid van glasvezelverbindingen in explosiegevaarlijke zones.
De SR.TFO.*-serie is een assortiment splice boxes voor glasvezelkabels ontworpen voor de bescherming van glasvezelaansluitingen in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen. Een maximum van 8 patch-panelen kan in de solide, roestvrijstalen behuizing worden geïnstalleerd.
