Een ventielconnector met IO-Link interface is beschikbaar om de conditiebewaking en voorspellend onderhoud voor magneetventielen mogelijk te maken. Deze ventielconnector registreert extensieve diagnosegegevens, zoals voedingsspanning, uitgangsstroom, temperatuur of de schakeltijd van het ventiel. Alle procesgegevens worden naar de controller gestuurd of naar een cloudsysteem via een IO-Linkmaster. Daardoor kunnen fabrieksoperators op elk moment de status van hun magneetventielen in de gaten houden en slijtage en storingen vroegtijdig detecteren.
