汽车工业中使用的油漆干燥系统普遍存在极端的生产条件。高温、周期性温度变化以及灰尘和油漆的影响,对材料和技术提出了严苛的要求。

刚喷完漆的底盘通过滑轨被运送至烘干系统。即使在极端的环境条件下,底盘也必须可靠识别


目标

由于高温环境,无法使用普通的纸质标签,可以选择使用带打孔图案的码盘。将金属码盘安装在滑轨下,并通过连接到系统的读码器进行读取。为了确保底盘的可靠识别,读码器码盘都必须能够承受极端温度。
