传统的输送机系统通常采用 24V 电源系统,但在能源价格上涨的趋势下,系统规划人员越来越倾向于采用 48V 电源技术来控制直流电机滚筒。48V 电机控制模块具备多种优势,能够可靠地构建灵活且经济高效的输送线。为了满足这一需求,倍加福在 AS-Interface 产品的 G20 系列中新增了 48V 电机控制模块。


在相同功耗下实现双倍功率

倍加福新型 G20 48V 模块在相同功耗下实现双倍性能,专为现代化、复杂的输送机技术应用设计。单个 G20 电机控制模块具备更强大的性能,即整条输送线需要安装的电源装置更少,系统规划更加灵活。由于布线概念更简单,电源装置数量更少,可以有效地节省潜在的成本。


久经考验的免工具安装理念

用于电机滚筒的 AS-Interface G20 模块采用纤薄、精巧的外壳设计,可直接安装在滚筒输送线的线槽中。模块中集成的电缆最多可连接两个传感器和电机滚筒,确保清晰的系统设计。ASi电缆和辅助电压电缆只需在最后一步进行简单连接,如果需要,可以随时打开 G20 模块的开关重新穿刺定位。采用特殊的穿刺技术,可以对各个输送机段进行免工具预装配,并在现场直接投入运行。
