Funzione
La fotocellula superfici a riflessione RLG28 incorpora diversi trasmettitori e ricevitori in un'unica custodia, e con un riflettore posizionato di fronte forma un'area di rilevamento di 60 mm su una distanza di rilevamento di 4 m.
Quando i fasci luminosi vengono interrotti da un oggetto, viene attivata la funzione di commutazione. Per poter essere rilevato, un oggetto deve avere una dimensione di almeno 12 mm. L'RLG28 effettua la commutazione al raggiungimento di una differenza di contrasto del 10% con un tempo di risposta di 1 ms. Un controllo intelligente dell'amplificazione compensa gli effetti negativi dovuti a sporcizia, disallineamento e temperatura.
